Changing your Weekly Weight Loss/Gain Rate

The Weekly Goal is your desired weight loss/gain rate on a per week basis. It directly controls the deficit we apply to your BMR (Basal Metabolic Rate) to get to your final daily calorie budget. The options are slightly different depending on which weight loss program you're using.

You can change your weekly goal in the iOS app:

Calories Users:
  1. Go to the More tab
  2. Tap "Goals"
  3. Tap "Weekly Goal"
  4. Choose your desired weekly weight loss (or gain) rate
Points Users:
  1. Go to the More tab
  2. Tap "Goals"
  3. Tap "Weekly Goal"
  4. Choose between "lose" or "maintenance" modes
