How to Manage Recipes

You can create recipes in ProTracker Plus to make logging complicated meals quick and easy! We’ll walk you through creating and editing recipes in the ProTracker Plus app.

How to Create a Recipe

  1. Switch to the Diary tab
  2. Tap “Add Food” in a meal period
  3. Tap "+", and select "Create Recipe"
  4. Name your recipe
  5. Enter the "Number of Servings" to determine how many portions your recipe should be divided into
  6. Tap "Add Ingredients" to add each ingredient in full (e.g. 1 pound ground beef, 1 cup refried beans, 2 medium tomatoes)
  7. When finished, tap "Save" (top right corner)

The recipe is now saved to your "Recipes" list. You can either find it by using the search bar or scrolling through the "Recipes" list.
