Viewing Nutrient Breakdown by Meal
ProTracker Plus allows you to view your nutrient intake by individual meals, making it easier to track your dietary goals. Here's how to use the nutrient summary filter and understand the meal section subtitles in your diary.
Using the Nutrient Summary Filter
The Nutrient Summary feature on the Summary tab provides an overview of your daily or weekly nutrient intake. You can filter this summary to view nutrient consumption for specific meals.
- Go to Summary tab
- Tap the filter button (three horizontal lines) on the top right of the Nutrient Summary
- Select a Meal (or choose "None" to clear the filter)
The Nutrient Summary now displays the nutrient intake for the selected meal only.
Understanding Meal Section Headers in your Diary
The Diary tab provides a detailed view of your nutrient intake for each meal. The meal section headers (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Snacks) display a subtitle showing the breakdown of the top three nutrients from your Nutrient Summary, excluding energy types like calories and kilojoules.
To change the nutrients displayed in the meal section headers, rearrange your nutrient summary bars to place the top three items at the top. Remember, energy types such as calories and kilojoules are excluded from this top three, so if calories are the first nutrient in your summary, the meal section headers will show the next three nutrients instead.
Hiding the Meal Nutrient Breakdown
To hide the meal breakdown shown in your diary:
- Go to the More tab
- Tap “Profile”
- Scroll to the bottom
